Portfolio prepared for Agave

I make complex customer implementations easier to run.

I work between customers, operations and product delivery. I learn how a workflow actually works, troubleshoot what blocks it, coordinate the right solution and turn repeated friction into a process that scales.

MY ACCOUNTABILITY

Clear plan, customer-safe communication, risk visibility, successful adoption and a documented path to resolution.

A customer-facing operator with product judgment.

My experience was built independently rather than through a conventional SaaS employer. The customers, payments, incidents and operating responsibility were real. I owned outcomes, not just tasks. The work below shows how that experience transfers to customer implementation at Agave.

Evidence that can survive a deeper conversation.

No invented client volume or engineering authorship. Each example separates what existed, what I decided and what the product proved.

SaaS product case

Designing repeatable onboarding for a multi-tenant product

Rosebot turns a subscription-management service into a configurable white-label product. The core product challenge was to replace one-off setup with a consistent journey from customer configuration to a healthy, isolated service.

SCOPE, STATED PLAINLY

A functional SaaS product validated through isolated test deployments. This demonstrates onboarding and multi-tenant product thinking, not 15 completed commercial implementations.

01 / OWNERSHIP

Customer funds stay with the customer

Each business connects its own payment account instead of routing revenue through the platform.

02 / CONTROL

Configuration is verified before launch

Access and channel permissions become observable onboarding steps, not assumptions discovered after go live.

03 / SCALE

One flow supports different operating modes

Manual and automated payment paths share a consistent product while respecting different customer readiness.

04 / RELIABILITY

Health is visible after implementation

Customer services expose operating state so support can identify failures without guessing.

02 / STRUCTURED TROUBLESHOOTING

Handling production incidents without losing the customer’s reality

On a live subscription service, failures could cross authentication, payments, external data and customer communication. My job was to establish the truth quickly, protect the user journey and convert recurring failures into product improvements.

ESTABLISH

Confirm the observed behaviour, affected users, timing and immediate business impact.

ISOLATE

Separate symptoms from the failing workflow, dependency or state transition.

COMMUNICATE

Provide factual updates, ownership, next steps and realistic timing without speculation.

PRODUCTIZE

Turn repeated intervention into monitoring, safer controls, documented recovery or a product requirement.

03 / CUSTOMER ENABLEMENT

Helping people become confident with unfamiliar technology

At Imisi 3D, I facilitated hands-on emerging-technology sessions for education, public, startup, corporate and government audiences. The work required patience, context-aware communication and live troubleshooting around people with different levels of confidence.

How I would keep 15 customers moving.

One source of truth for status, risk, next action, owner and customer communication. Standardize what repeats, escalate what blocks value and never let a silent dependency become a surprise.

A rigorous implementation loop.

The same loop applies whether the customer is connecting a subscription workflow or synchronizing construction finance systems.

01

Discover

Understand the customer’s system, outcome, constraints and definition of success.

02

Plan

Make milestones, dependencies, ownership, risk and communication explicit.

03

Configure

Translate the operating reality into a product setup that fits the customer.

04

Validate

Test expected workflows, edge cases and data before trusting a clean demo.

05

Adopt

Train users, document decisions, confirm value and feed patterns back into product.

AI accelerates execution. I remain accountable.

I use Codex, Claude Code and automation tools to investigate, prototype and implement faster. I do not present myself as the engineer authoring every line.

MY RESPONSIBILITY

Judgment and outcome

Problem framing, priorities, requirements, trade-offs, customer impact, acceptance testing and production decisions.

AI EXECUTION LAYER

Implementation leverage

Code generation, investigation support, test scaffolding, documentation drafts and accelerated iteration under my direction.

Independent ownership, customer communication and technical fluency.

Complex systems. Real customers. Visible outcomes.

Agave’s mix of customer discovery, implementation, troubleshooting, process improvement and product feedback is the kind of work I naturally gravitate toward. I am based in Lagos and ready to relocate to San Francisco.

Give me a difficult customer workflow.
